The role

As a member of the operational team, you’ll work closely with our founders, product, and data teams to help us build partnerships and sales lead.

Who you are

You are experienced. You have experience in B2B sales, working in a consultative sales role. Outstanding organisational and time management skills that allow you to manage your own time effectively and work to tight deadlines

You're self-motivated. Self-motivated and results-orientated – with the ability to work on own initiative.

You’re scrappy and entrepreneurial. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with not knowing the answer to something. You are willing to roll up your sleeves no matter what the challenge is.

You take pride in what you do. You care deeply about your work. You read through details. If something seems off, you come up with a good solution and fix it without being asked to do so. You’re proactive with suggestions and people know they can count on you to get things done.

What you will do

The role is a varied one and needs the individual to become a master of conversing with independent estate agency businesses. It will require someone to be structured in their approach to managing both new project sales as well as inbound lead queues.

Other duties include responding to incoming customer calls & queries, minimising cancellations, securing payment for outstanding debtors and maintaining accurate and up to date records.
