Shooting tips to make your estate properties pop.

General tips

Be creative

Keep it simple.
Don’t overcomplicate the message you are trying to communicate or the creative by trying to fit too much into one video.
Shoot vertically.
Take advantage of the full screen experience by making sure you shoot your content in a vertical format, not horizontal.
Have good lighting.
It doesn’t matter if it’s a professional lighting set-up, a really nice lamp, or even the sun as long as potential customers can clearly see what you want them to see.
Use wide lens.
The iPhone 11 and up lineups have the latest cameras that include the new ultra wide lens
Use a selfie stick.
We recommend using a DJI OM5 (or similar device) to film properties. This ensures a steady camera.
Keep it short.
Keep it under 40 seconds. The goal is not to film an in-depth house tour but create a property trailer. People don't have time nor pay attention to 2 min videos.
Be direct.
Start by showcasing what matters most to people. This is where you get creative.
Have fun.
At the end of the day, creating content on Nextkey should help your business, but it should be a fun, positive experience while you create it and when your audience views it.
